I am a self taught baker and cake artist.

I love the creative freedom of making delicious and unique desserts from scratch and sharing them with my loved ones, especially when it comes to desserts. I can definitely say that I am also a chocoholic. To me, the key to happiness is spending time with my family creating beautiful memories together.

The Story Behind Onebitesweet

This passion started in the New York libraries and turned into its true calling with the very first birthday cake I made for my daughter. Baking was always more than just a hobby for me. After relocating to Massachusetts, I took this love to a professional career level with the pastry training I received at culinary school, and that is how Onebitesweet was born. Winning an award from the National Cake Competition, followed by organizing the Cake Show Istanbul festivals for three years—which gave Turkish homemakers the opportunity to showcase their talents and receive training from renowned chefs—were the turning points of this journey.

Today, Onebitesweet not only offers a variety of cakes but also brings Turkish flavors and culture to palates in local markets around Boston.
