We use only the highest quality, all-natural ingredients—our commitment is clear: no artificial flavors or shortenings are ever used. All of our cakes are baked fresh from scratch and handcrafted in our licensed home kitchen. Our luxurious flavor comes from premium ingredients like rich Belgium chocolate, European butter, and real vanilla beans, which we use to make all our delicious fillings, ganache, and European buttercream fresh.

Our buttercream cakes are designed for superior taste and structure; each tier has four layers of cake and three layers of creamy filling, stacked alternately and finished with a smooth or textured coating.

All custom orders, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other special treats, are handled through our inquiry process. The most efficient way to begin your order is by filling out our online inquiry form, or you may send us an email. To help us prepare an accurate quote, please include all necessary details: the flavor, serving size, desired number of tiers, and theme/design idea.

Alev baked us a delicious 3-tier red velvet wedding cake. We got 6 different cake variations to try of our choosing. They were all really tasty! My wife and I do not normally like red velvet cakes and were reluctant at first to include this but we tried it nonetheless. We are so happy we did because the red velvet was out of this world. It was so good we ended up choosing that as our wedding cake flavor. Everyone who ate the cake told us how amazing it was! Alev also decorated the cake beautifully. She worked well with our florist to make it look exactly like how we wanted. Furthermore, Alev baked us a bunch of good food for our after-party like baklava, cake pops, and babkas. These were all a huge hit as well. We really appreciate all the hard work she put into making our day so special and everything came out so delicious!

We had an unusual request for my daughter's first birthday - rather than something fancy looking, we asked for reduced-sugar, nut-free, non-dairy carrot cake. When I picked it up, Alev apologized, seeming less than confident for fulfilling our request. The cake was BEAUTIFUL and absolutely DELICIOUS! The cake had sweetness and moistness and so much flavor. Plus the icing was "the cherry on top". Every one of us enjoyed!! As for my daughter, it was her first "cake" (cupcake) and she independently ate nearly half of that beauty. Simply amazing with a perfect balance, with a perfect taste, not too sweet, not to under sweet. Meringue has a perfect balance that it just melts in your mouth. With most desserts you feel guilty, after eating this dessert you feel for fulfilled and knowing you have the freshest ingredients that was made in this cake, you feel assured. Not only does it taste amazing the artistry that goes into the outside of the cake is unique . I’m never going to another bakery for our celebration cake again, this place is definitely home.
