The planning for your custom cake, including consultation, design work, and purchasing specific ingredients or custom decor, begins immediately after your order is placed. Full payment is therefore required at the time of ordering.

For Standard Custom Cakes: If you need to cancel, please notify us 10 days or more prior to your event date to receive a 50% refund of your total payment.

For Wedding Cakes: We strive to be flexible, but our policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a 75% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the total order amount.

To cancel your order, please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
